There is no dedicated children’s play area at Kanyon. However, stores catering to children’s needs are located on the Children’s Street on level -2.

At Kanyon, we have embraced life in all its forms since the day we opened. Our guests meet their loved ones here and create colorful memories together. In line with this approach, visitors can spend time with their pets in both the open and indoor areas of Kanyon. However, for the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs small enough to be carried in arms or in pet carriers remain on a leash and be carried in arms or transported in a carrier during your visit. Since shopping and lifestyle centers have heavy pedestrian traffic and may not fully meet the movement needs of large-breed dogs, we are unable to allow large dogs that cannot be carried in arms or in a carrier into the premises. Additionally, in accordance with the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Circular No. 2021/48 dated 07.12.2021, breeds classified as “dangerous animals” — including American Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, American Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bully — are not permitted at Kanyon. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you enjoyable moments at Kanyon with your furry companions.
Wheelchairs are available for elderly and disabled guests at the security points located at the Büyükdere Avenue entrance, Ecza Street entrance, and P1–P2 parking entrances.
To support families with children, baby strollers are available in the baby care room located on the P1 level.
Condo Valet service is available at the Büyükdere Avenue entrance and at the P1 parking level.
Address: Büyükdere Cad. No:185 Levent 34394 Istanbul. By Metro: You can take the M2 metro line (Yenikapı ↔ Hacıosman) and get off at Levent Station. Kanyon is within a short walking distance from the station. By Bus / Public Transportation: Many bus lines pass near Kanyon, including 121A, 122C, 29D, and 29Ş. The “Fabrikalar – Levent” stop is very close to Kanyon and within walking distance. You can also reach Kanyon via IETT buses operating on the Maslak–Beşiktaş route or Sarıyer–Beşiktaş minibuses. By Private Vehicle / Taxi: If you are arriving in the Levent area by private car or taxi, you can follow the signs on Büyükdere Avenue to reach Kanyon.

Although some stores, restaurants, and kiosks may operate on different schedules, Kanyon is open every day between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Operating hours may vary during public holidays, special occasions, and festive periods.
