Dedicated to coffee and coffee culture, Coffee Sapiens is an independent coffee roaster where all green coffee beans are carefully selected and sourced, roasted using scientific methods tailored to each bean’s unique character, and served with the most suitable brewing techniques. At this venue, which exclusively offers specialty coffee, coffee enthusiasts can enjoy single-origin selections as well as Coffee Sapiens’ signature blends (Blend Mutation, Blend Evolution, Blend DNA), prepared using what is known as third-wave brewing methods and espresso-based techniques.
